Who We Are
Trinity Solutions is a PC based software program created by the owner of Shutterbug Designs LLC. Shutterbug Designs LLC is a family-owned software company, established by Alicia Clendennin in 2013. Alicia is a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in Nursing. She received her certification as a Holistic Nurse from the University of Connecticut and has over 45 years of experience in nursing and organizational management. She is a Brand Partner with Young Living and a CARE Certified Raindrop Facilitator.
Alicia’s vision in creating Trinity Solutions was to provide quality customer service to her clients in an efficient and timely manner. She created the Trinity Solutions software to consolidate client relationship activities in one place, which can be easily accessed with a push of a button. This allowed her to provide timely feedback to her clients and provided her with a means for easy duplication of everyday tasks. The end result was less stress and more available free time to enjoy life. Now she is sharing it with others.
